1:1 Coaching

“Coaching is the catalyst for transformation”

Meaningful change happens when insight meets action. Coaching provides a personalized supportive structure to help you understand your patterns, challenge what holds you back, and take clear, realistic steps forward. At SoulStride, we combine the science of the mind with the art of human connection to make growth become not just possible, but sustainable.

What I believe in as a coach

Partnership. In a coaching process, we walk side by side. You bring your goals, values, and experience, and I bring curiosity, active presence, and tools to help you find new perspectives.

The power of questions. If you’ve ever received advice, you know that even the best tips rarely lead to lasting change. This is because sustainable progress comes from finding your own solutions. Thoughtful questions help you connect with your inner wisdom and make choices that feel aligned and authentic.

Small steps. Our brains like to think that big problems require big solutions. But in reality, small, consistent changes (that are aligned with your capacity) are the ones that make the most impact.

You. I believe that you have the resources to realize the change you wish to happen. My role is not to give you answers, but to provide a space where you can find your own.  Real change starts when you reconnect with your inner power and start taking ownership of your choices.

Coaching is right for you, if…

  • you feel stuck and want to start moving forward but are not sure how
  • you sense that something in you is ready for a change, and you want a space that helps you gain clarity and confidence
  • you want to be more intentional and present in your everyday life
  • you understand that growth takes time and have the energy and mental space to invest in this process
  • you are ready to let go of limiting beliefs and start living life on your own terms

Coaching is not right for you, if…

  • you want to process or heal past experiences (that’s where therapy can offer better support)
  • you are looking for direct answers, advice, or someone to tell you what to do
  • you expect instant results without taking action in-between sessions
  • you prefer to analyze a problem instead of exploring solutions
  • you are in a phase where stability and emotional recovery are more important than taking action
  • you don’t believe that people or situations can truly change, or that new ways of living are possible

How does the coaching process look like?

If you feel ready to start coaching, send me an email shortly describing the topic you’d like us to work on.

We’ll meet online for a free conversation to talk about your goals, discuss how coaching works, and see if I’m the right person for you.

After the call, you can take some time to decide if you’d  like to continue. Then we can set the date for our first session.

During the coaching process we’ll meet regularly, and you’ll have time to reflect and integrate new insights in-between sessions.

Once we’ve reached your goal, we can close the process. Every journey has its own rhythm but usually unfolds over 2-6 months.
