General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Service provider details

The Service Provider offers coaching services online and organizes workshops and group events.

2. Nature of the service

Coaching is a goal-oriented conversational process aimed at helping the client gain clarity, explore new perspectives, and define concrete steps toward change.

Please note that coaching:

  • is not psychotherapy
  • is not a healthcare service
  • does not diagnose or treat mental disorders

Coaching does not replace the work of a psychologist, psychiatrist, or other healthcare professional. If the client is experiencing mental health or medical issues, they are advised to seek appropriate professional help.

3. Booking appointments

Individual coaching sessions are booked through an online scheduling system. By making a booking, the client accepts these GTC.

A booking is considered confirmed only after the coaching fee has been received. If payment is not completed before the session begins, the Service Provider reserves the right to cancel the appointment.

4. Fees and payment

The fees for individual coaching sessions are published on the website or booking platform.

Payment is made in advance, for example via bank transfer or Revolut payment link. Once payment is received, the booking is considered final.

5. Cancelling and rescheduling

By booking an appointment, the client reserves a specific time slot that cannot be offered to another client.

Cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled upon email notification.
  • If the client does not attend the session, the session is considered completed and the fee is non-refundable.

6. Late arrival

Sessions start at the scheduled time.

If the client arrives late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. If the client is more than 15 minutes late, the Service Provider reserves the right to treat the session as cancelled.

7. Client participation and responsibility

The effectiveness of coaching depends on the client’s active participation.

By using the service, the client agrees to:

  • participate openly and honestly in the sessions
  • actively work on their own goals and questions
  • take full responsibility for applying insights and decisions from coaching in their daily life

Coaching is a collaborative process, not a passive service. All decisions made and actions taken as a result of coaching are the client’s responsibility. The Service Provider does not guarantee specific results.

8. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions is treated as confidential, except where:

  • disclosure is required by law, or
  • the client has given explicit consent

9. Workshops and group events

The Service Provider may organize in-person or online workshops and group events.

Registration is handled via a separate booking platform. Participation fees, cancellation policies, and other details are specified in the description of each event.

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify or cancel events if necessary. In such cases, the participation fee will be refunded or an alternative date will be offered.

10. Right of withdrawal

Under Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.), consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

By booking a session online and paying the coaching fee, the client expressly agrees that the service may begin within the 14-day withdrawal period.

The client acknowledges that once the performance of the service has begun, they lose their right of withdrawal.

The service is considered to begin upon booking the appointment and payment of the fee.

11. Force majeure

The Service Provider is not liable for unforeseen events beyond their control that prevent the delivery of the service (e.g. technical issues, internet outages, illness).

In such cases, the parties will agree on a new appointment.

12. Complaints

Clients may submit complaints via email:

The Service Provider will investigate complaints as promptly as possible. 

13. Governing law

These GTC are governed by Hungarian law.

The parties will attempt to resolve any disputes amicably.
